A Valentine's Day to Remember!!!

Let me just start by saying, I have the GREATEST husband on the planet!!!  I had no idea that we would be doing anything for Valentine's but he had something very different in mind.  When I got to work on Friday my cube was filled balloons, candy, confetti, & the sweetest card ever. Apparently after I left work on Thursday, he came in & decorated everything.  Below are a couple of pics:

My balloons, they were stacked three high.

This is by far the BEST card I have ever received!

The card contained clues of what we would be doing.  This is what it said:

Ringless

With hands both up & down
So begins our journey 'bout the town.

Gather your stuff & don't be late
For perhaps you'll be denied access at the gate.

Not to swim or even fish
Just because of an unfulfilled wish.

If you're confused and don't know the way
Look to the stars after night has swallowed day.

Like they that have no fright
Just relax & be my Valentine tonight.

It took me a while, but I finally figured it out.  We were going to Cirque Du Soleil's KOOZA show at Atlantic Station.  Oh my gosh, I was so excited!  I have been wanting to see this forever. After I figured it out my mind was racing. Was Bella spending the night with my parents? Would she be able to get to sleep if we weren't there?  The control freak that I am starting setting in big time & I just knew that this day would drag on forever before we could start our evening.

Finally, it was 11:30 and LUNCH TIME!  At least I could get out of the office with my girlfriends for a little while.   As soon as we walked in to the pizza joint, Jon was standing there.  I thought "What are you doing here?"  This day just keeps getting better & better.  It took me a minute to realize that our date was starting right now & I don't have to go back to work...YAHOO!!!  He had worked everything out & now it was time to relax & enjoy.  We would be heading downtown for the 4:00 show.

By the way, I have to thank my wonderful friends Harriet & Roberta for helping Jon with all the details & making this day perfect!

As soon as we got there, I realized that we had VIP tickets which meant we would be hanging out in the "Tapis Rouge" tent which included free beverages & Tapa's.  The food was delicious! They had everything from pork tenderloin to rosemary & cheese turkey burgers.

All my goodies!

The show was AMAZING & we had the best seats...2nd row!!!

After the show our night still wasn't over.  We had reservations at this place called Strip in Atlantic Station.  It is a steak, seafood, & sushi restaurant & it was DELICIOUS!

After dinner we headed home to find little Miss Bella sound asleep in Nana's arms.

This is definitely a night I won't forget & I just want to say THANK YOU, JON!!!  You are an amazing husband & father & I love you so much!!!!

Of course I can't end this post without a few Valentine pictures of Bella, so here you go:
